PHALGA PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

The Mayor Of Port Harcourt City Local Government Area, Sir Allwell Ihunda hereby wishes to inform the General Public that the team from the Rivers State Primary Health Care Management Board responsible for Oral Polio Vaccinations will soon commence the second round of the Novel Oral Polio Vaccination Programme in Port Harcourt City Local Government Area.
The vaccination teams will visit all government health facilities as well as Homes, Churches, Special Centres and Schools to vaccinate children under 5years.
The exercise is billed to commence on the 14th of May 2022 through to the 17th of May 2022.
The Mayor, solicits the support and permission of parents and care-givers to enable the teams vaccinate eligible children.
