The Mayor of Port Harcourt City Local Government Area, Sir (Hon.) Allwell Ihunda , DSSRS, JP, hereby informs all companies, business owners, and residents of Port Harcourt City Local Government Area as follows:
1. ๐๐ข๐ข๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐ง๐ฉ๐ฃ๐๐ง๐จ is the sole consultant and authorized revenue collection agent of Port Harcourt City Local Government Council.
2. All revenue payments must be made strictly by cheque or bank transfer into the official account of the Port Harcourt City Local Government Council.
3. Cash payments are strictly prohibited. Any cash payment made to any individual or group shall be regarded as non-payment.
4. Upon making payment, payers are required to present proof of payment to the ๐๐๐๐ ๐ค๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ฃ๐๐ ๐ฟ๐๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ฉ๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ฉ ๐๐ฉ ๐ฉ๐๐ ๐พ๐ค๐ช๐ฃ๐๐๐ก ๐ค๐ง ๐ฉ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ค๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ ๐๐๐ฎ๐ค๐ง for verification and issuance of an official, certified receipt.
5. All residents, business owners, and companies are strongly advised to desist from patronizing touts and illegal revenue agents, as anyone who engages such persons does so at their own risk.
