WORKERS’ DAY MESSAGE FROM THE MAYOR OF PORT HARCOURT CITY

From public servants ensuring effective governance to private sector professionals, artisans, traders, and entrepreneurs sustaining our economy, your commitment remains the backbone of our collective progress.
As a government, we recognise that the strength of any society lies in the dignity, welfare, and productivity of its workers. We therefore reaffirm our commitment to policies and initiatives that promote decent working conditions, economic empowerment, and sustainable livelihoods for all.
