SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT.
The Administrator and Mayor of Port Harcourt City Local Government Area, Dr. Barr. Samuel B. Kalagbor, DSSRS, has approved the appointment of Emma Wike and Partners, Estate Surveyors and Valuers, as the official and sole Council Tenement Rate Revenue Collection Agent for the year 2025, effective May 5, 2025.
2. All residents, property owners, and business operators within the jurisdiction of Port Harcourt City Local Government Area are hereby advised to take note and ensure all tenement rate transactions are conducted through the newly appointed agent.
3. All payments should be made in cheque or bank draft in the name of Port Harcourt City Local Government.
4. Please be informed that any dealing with any other agent, body, or person for the purpose of collection and payment of tenement rate is at your own risk.
