The Urban renewal policy of Gov Wike has beautified the city&#8221;.\u00a0 He promised to support the Institution in organizing a hitch free conference that they will always be proud of.\u00a0 President Of the Nigerian Institution Of Estate Surveyors and Valuers,Esv. Chief Emma Okas Wike thanked the Mayor and his Obio Akpor counterpart Barr. George T. Ariolu for gracing the occasion.\u00a0 He said the theme for the 52nd annual conference christened&#8221;Garden City 2022&#8243;is CITIES OF THE FUTURE-Development, Infrastructure and Sustainability.\u00a0 Esv. Emma Okas Wike said members of the Institution look forward to collaborating with both local government council&#8217;s before,during and after the conference schedule to hold in June 2022.\u00a0 Some dignitaries that joined the Mayor on the high table includes his counterpart from Obio Akpor LGA Barr.
