On behalf of the Government and the good people of Port Harcourt City Local Government Area, I extend warm greetings and heartfelt appreciation to all hardworking men and women of Port Harcourt City and beyond on the occasion of this year\u2019s Workers\u2019 Day celebration.<\/p>\n

Today, we celebrate the resilience, dedication, and invaluable contributions of our workforce, individuals whose daily efforts continue to drive the growth, development, and prosperity of our great city. From public servants ensuring effective governance to private sector professionals, artisans, traders, and entrepreneurs sustaining our economy, your commitment remains the backbone of our collective progress.<\/p>\n

As a government, we recognise that the strength of any society lies in the dignity, welfare, and productivity of its workers. We therefore reaffirm our commitment to policies and initiatives that promote decent working conditions, economic empowerment, and sustainable livelihoods for all.<\/p>\n

Let us continue to work together in unity and with renewed determination to build a Port Harcourt City that stands as a model of progress, peace, and economic vitality.<\/p>\n
