Allwell Ihunda , DSSRS, JP, hereby informs all companies, business owners, and residents of Port Harcourt City Local Government Area as follows:<\/p>\n<p>1. \ud835\ude40\ud835\ude62\ud835\ude62\ud835\ude56 \ud835\ude52\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude60\ud835\ude5a \ud835\ude56\ud835\ude63\ud835\ude59 \ud835\ude4b\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude67\ud835\ude69\ud835\ude63\ud835\ude5a\ud835\ude67\ud835\ude68 is the sole consultant and authorized revenue collection agent of Port Harcourt City Local Government Council.<\/p>\n<p>2. All revenue payments must be made strictly by cheque or bank transfer into the official account of the Port Harcourt City Local Government Council.<\/p>\n<p>3. Cash payments are strictly prohibited. Any cash payment made to any individual or group shall be regarded as non-payment.<\/p>\n<p>4.
