The event will hold this Friday 21st October 2022 during the Nigeria Excellence in Public Service Awards ceremony at the State House, Abuja.<\/p>\n<p>In a goodwill message to Governor Wike signed by the Chairman of Port Harcourt City Local Government Area, Sir Allwell Ihunda, the people of the LGA rejoiced with the Governor.
