*SIR ALLWELL IHUNDA APPRECIATES GOV NYESOM WIKE ON THE APPOINTMENT OF 100,000 SPECIAL ASSISTANTS*
_Pledge the support and commitment of the people of PHALGA to the Governor before, during and after the 2023 elections_
Mayor Of Port Harcourt City Local Government Area, Sir Allwell Ihunda heartily appreciates the dynamic Governor of Rivers State, His Excellency Chief Ezenwo Nyesom Wike, CON, DSSRS, POS (Africa), for the unprecedented appointment of 100,000 indigenes and residents of Rivers State as Special Assistants to the Governor of Rivers State on Political Units Affairs.
The Mayor said the appointment of Rivers sons and daughters to serve as special assistants at the unit levels is a testament of the grassroot inclusive nature of the Wike led administration that will to a large extent bring the government closer to the people for better development of the state.
Sir Allwell Ihunda particularly appreciated the Governor for finding 13,454 indigenes and citizens of Port Harcourt City Local Government Area suitable and fit for the appointment.
“It is our prayer that these appointments will bring about the desired results for the good of our dear State”.
He ones again pledged the unalloyed support of the people of Port Harcourt City Local Government Area to the Governor before, during and after the 2023 general elections.
