SIR ALLWELL IHUNDA CONGRATULATES DR. SAM KALAGBOR ON HIS EMERGENCE AS CHAIRMAN OF COHEADS
_Says he has never doubted Dr. Kalagbor’s ability to deliver on assigned responsibilities_
The Mayor of Port Harcourt City Local Government Area, Sir Allwell Ihunda has congratulated the Rector of the Captain Elechi Amadi Polytechnic Port Harcourt Dr.(Barr) Sam Kalagbor on his emergence as Chairman of the Council of Heads of Polytechnics and Colleges of Technology in Nigeria.
Sir Allwell Ihunda while expressing joy about the development also conveyed the felicitations of the entire LGA to Dr. Kalagbor, whom he says the good people of PHALGA are very proud of.
He noted that given his antecedents on delivering succesfully in every assigned responsibility, it is not in doubt that Dr.Sam Kalagbor will deliver excellently well on this new assignment.
The Mayor prayed God Almighty to grant Dr. Kalagbor the wisdom to discharge his new duties effectively and assured him of the LGA’s prayers and support.
